陈捷同学于1988年从福州三中保送进入浙江大学混合班, 1992年以优异成绩毕业于浙江大学信电系物理电子专业。随后在福州工作, 于1999年定居加拿大多伦多。
陈捷同学, 对工作认真负责, 对朋友乐于助人。在其住院期间，不断有同学朋友给予支持和鼓励，帮助并前往探望，在此深表谢意。逝者已矣，岁终德永。

OBITUARY
Chen, Jie (Jonathan) Passed from this world on September 8th, 2015 but always with us in our hearts. Jie (Jonathan) was a kind, loving, self-less man who was always there for his family, friends, neighbours, and strangers. His sense of adventure and love for travelling has left us with countless memories from many places all over the world. His interest in photography ensures that we never forget a single detail.
